Can't see your friend on the map? Don’t panic ❤️ this can happen for various reasons:
- If Zenly can't update your friend's location for an extended period, at least two days, they will disappear from the map. Maybe your friend's phone is off, or they are in an area with no signal? Perhaps your friend has enabled Ghost Mode? Maybe they've removed Zenly from their phone? As soon as we get an updated location, your friend will reappear on the map.
- Your friend has deleted their account. 💔
- If you and your friend are no longer friends on Zenly, you won't see their location. You can check this from your friend list (tap the search icon, bottom left of the map screen). If your friend has deleted their account, they will also no longer appear in your friend list.
If your friend is missing from your map and is not concerned by any of the above, please ask them to contact us.
